Michael Singleton brings more than 20 years of culinary expertise and leadership to Soulhearted Catering. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco and holder of a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, Michael blends classical technique with a deep understanding of people to create memorable dining experiences.
He honed his craft in high-end restaurants, rising to the role of Executive Chef, and later opened and operated his own restaurants—building a reputation for creative menus and flawless execution. In 2019 Michael launched Soulhearted Catering to bring his refined, soul-forward cuisine to events, celebrations, and community gatherings. His philosophy is simple: plate food that delights the palate, honors tradition, and brings people together.
